(3) Where pedestrians or other vehicles are likely to be encountered, the road must be of sufficient width.

4, it is recommended that the slope of the road does not exceed 25%, the top and bottom of the slope must be smooth transition, so as to avoid the bottom of the vehicle and the road collision. When the slope exceeds 25%, it is recommended to install signage. At this time, the vehicle must be driven with extreme caution.
