Introduction to the use of golf carts
Time of Release:2024-11-25
Golf carts are environmentally friendly passenger vehicles designed and developed for golf courses, which can be used by two people, with a driver in the front and a passenger in the back, and can also carry a small number of items.
Golf carts are restricted to driving in the driveway, and this rule applies to courses where the ground is wet and soft, in order to avoid damage to the fairway turf due to the tilting of cart tires.
The 90-degree rule requires the cart to drive mainly in the lane, and when it reaches a position level with the drop point, it can turn 90 degrees and drive directly across the fairway to the ball. Wait for the player to hit the ball and then drive the cart back to the fairway to continue driving forward. The 90-degree rule allows players to drive to the ball while minimizing damage to the fairway grass.
